Delivery
When placing an order with us we offer various different methods for enhanced delivery experience.
We mainly use DPD to provide you with a better delivery experience. We will inform you beforehand where we have used a different provider. We recommend you to download the DPD app for an up-to-date status of your delivery.
Tracking
Tracking with DPD is quite advanced, you can see the live progress of your parcel once dispatched. You’ll also be able to see the profile and the rating of the allocated delivery driver.
Cost and Timings
All orders over £100 are eligible for free next day delivery in UK as long as you place your order by 2:00pm with the exception of the following postcodes in Scotland where DPD will take up to 48 hours to deliver your parcel.

All orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday morning.
Chargeable Delivery
If the order value is less than £100, a flat rate of £5.95 will be charged for next day delivery with in UK.
