Return Policy

If you order from us and change your mind once you get your items, please return it to us in its original condition with proof of purchase and we’ll be happy to give you an exchange or refund.

You have 28 days to return the full price items and 14 days for sale items from receiving your purchase.

Return conditions

• Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
• Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Camden Connaught reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. Where an item is supplied with a hygiene strip, the item can only be returned if the hygiene strip has not been removed and remains intact.
• You are responsible to package the item safely and pay for the return shipping.

Refunds

• Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.
• On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.
• Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your refund.
• If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.
• Only the cost of the item will be refunded and not the shipping.

Exchanging an Item 

There are certain items that we have excluded from our goodwill return policy; this is unless the item is faulty or not as described:

• Any Gift cards

This does not affect your statutory rights.
